Jamiroquai
Jamiroquai is an acid jazz band from London. Band led by Jay Kay (vocals), Derrick McKenzie (drums), Sola Akingbola (percussion), Rob Harris (guitar), Matt Johnson (keyboards), and Paul Turner (bass) founded in the early 1990s in London.
Jamiroquai music genre brought funk, disco, acid jazz, and jazz fusion makes Jamiroquai to a level with other great bands such as Incognito.
Jamiroquai has produced 7 studio albums since 1993. The premiere is the album EMERGENCY ON PLANET EARTH in 1993. And followed with the albums: THE RETURN OF THE SPACE Cowboy (1994), TRAVELING WITHOUT MOVING (1996), SYNKRONIZED (1999), A FUNK Odyssey (2001), Dynamite (2005) and HIGH TIMES: SINGLES 1992-2006 (2006 ).
